133.01 ESTABLISHED.

(a) Creation of Position of Fiscal Officer. The appointed position of Woodsfield Village Fiscal Officer is hereby created upon the enactment of this chapter.

(b) Abolition of Position of Elected Clerk. The elected position of Woodsfield Village Clerk is hereby abolished.

(c) Abolition of Position of Elected Treasurer. The elected position of Woodsfield Village Treasurer is hereby abolished.
