(a) Members of Council shall be compensated at the rate of seventy dollars ($70.00) for each and every regular or special meeting, which they attend.

(b) When a member of Council attends a regular or special meeting at which a quorum is not present, such member shall be compensated for the meeting as provided in subsection (a) hereof. (Ord. 398. Passed 2-17-81.)
