(a) Council meetings shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month in the Council Chambers located in the Municipal Building. (A.O.)
(b) All meetings of Council shall proceed with the Call of Roll of the members, reading of the previous meeting’s minutes, old business, new business, and an opportunity for the public to address Council on specific Village concerns or problems.
(c) All meeting shall follow the format set forth in subsection (b) hereof, and all procedures inconsistent are deemed null and void. (Res. 1-1982. Passed 1-4-82.)
