§ 33.180 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Mayor shall be the Liquor Control Commissioner for the city and is charged with the administration in said city of the appropriate provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Act, 235 ILCS 5, and all ordinances and resolutions of the city relating to alcoholic liquor as have been or may hereafter be enacted. The Mayor may appoint such persons to assist him or her in the exercise of the powers and performance of the duties herein provided.
