§ 33.164 ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission shall make an annual report to the City Council with respect to its activities during the previous year. Such report shall be made to the Council at one of the regular meetings of the City Council in the month of April of each year, or at such other time as the Council may specify.
