§ 33.160 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   (A)   There is hereby created, in and for the city, the Wood River Park and Recreation Advisory Commission which shall have such powers and duties as provided by the City Council from time to time. Said Commission shall consist of 12 members to be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council.
   (B)   Ten members shall serve for terms of five years, and two members shall serve following their initial appointment until April 30, 1975. Two high school students who have completed their sophomore year shall be appointed each year and serve a two-year term. The Mayor shall annually, at the first meeting of the City Council in May of each year, designate one of the members of the Commission to serve as Chairperson thereof for a term of one year.
