§ 33.145 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint with the consent of the City Council, nine members, each for a term of three years.
   (B)   The Mayor shall annually during the month of May of each year, with the consent of the City Council, designate one of the members of the Traffic Commission to serve as Chairperson thereof for a term of one year.
   (C)   Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member whose term has become vacant.
   (D)   One Council member shall serve as an additional member of the Commission without voting power.
