§ 33.131 PLAN TO ALLEVIATE STORM WATER FLOODING; HEARING.
   (A)   When basic information has been compiled and analyzed, the Storm Water Commission shall make a comprehensive recommendation for an effective plan to alleviate storm water flooding conditions. Before adoption of the plan or portions thereof, a public hearing, or hearings; shall be held with due public notice.
   (B)   The adoption of the plan, or a portion thereof, shall be by a resolution carried by a majority vote of all members of the Commission. The resolution shall refer specifically to maps, reports, descriptive material, and other matters intended by the Commission to form the whole or part of the plan.
   (C)   A copy of the resolution together with supporting documents shall be forwarded by the Chairperson to the City Council. The City Council may, by appropriate official action, formally approve the recommended plan.
