§ 33.126 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   Any member of the Storm Water Commission may be removed from office by the Mayor. In addition, any member may be removed for nonattendance at Commission meetings without action by the City Council, according to rules adopted by the Commission. It shall be the duty of the Chairperson of the Commission to notify the Mayor and members of the City Council promptly of any vacancies occurring in membership and the Mayor with the approval of the City Council shall fill such vacancies as soon as possible for the unexpired term of the original appointment. If any member is absent more than three times during one fiscal year, he or she may be removed from the office by the Mayor, without action by the City Council.
