§ 33.125 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   There is hereby established a Storm Water Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission which shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council from among the residents of the city. The City Manager shall make an ex officio appointment who shall be an employee of the city. Terms of office for members other than ex officio shall be for three year. Ex officio members shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority. The Mayor shall annually during the month of May of each year, with the consent of the City Council, designate one of the members of the Storm Water Commission to serve as Chairperson for a term of one year.
