Pursuant to 20 ILCS 2905, the Office of the State Fire Marshal has adopted certain rules and regulations which appear at 41 Ill. Adm. Code Pt. 100. The city hereby adopts by reference the terms and conditions of such rules and regulations to the extent that such adoption is otherwise required by law; no occupancy permit shall be issued pursuant to this chapter, except in conformance with such rules and regulations.
