Every supplied fixture and piece of equipment or utility, and every chimney and chimney flue shall be installed and maintained in a safe, sound, and sanitary working condition, consistent with the requirement of this chapter. Ninety percent efficient furnaces vented into masonry flue must have a stainless steel liner.
