§ 33.051 MEETINGS; RECORDS; EXPENSES.
   All meetings of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be held at the call of the Chairperson, and all meetings of the Board shall be open to the public. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings and shall maintain records of its official actions. Every decision or determination by the Board shall be filed immediately in the office of the Board and shall be a public record. In the performance of its duties, the Board may incur such expenses as shall be authorized by the governing body of the City Council, and no member shall receive any compensation for his or her services.
