§ 33.035 ESTABLISHMENT; TERMS.
   (A)   The Board of Examiners of Electricians shall consist of the Fire Chief, the Building Inspector, and one journeyman electrician and two citizens at-large appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council.
   (B)   (1)   The Mayor shall appoint the Chairperson of said Board and said Board shall elect one of its other members as Secretary.
      (2)   The term of office shall be for three years.
