§ 152.17 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Each billboard or sign shall have independent support.
   (B)   The billboards shall be erected only in areas zoned LC Light Commercial District or in any lower classification.
   (C)   No billboard shall be erected within 25 feet of any intersection of streets.
