(A) Each person, firm, or individual desiring to erect or maintain a billboard, or billboards, shall obtain a license therefore. Each license application shall be filed with the City Clerk and shall list the location or locations of such billboards as are erected within the city limits.
(B) There shall be a license fee of $100 for each billboard.
