§ 152.15 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BILLBOARD. Any sign, except those painted on the side of a building or used in conjunction with a business on the same plot of ground, which is more than 72 square feet in size.
