(A) Director of Public Services. There is hereby established the office of Director of Public Services who shall be appointed by the City Manager as provided by law. The Director of Public Services shall have control and supervision over all employees assigned to the Department of Public Services and shall keep an inventory of all property in his or her possession.
(B) City Engineer. There is hereby established the office of City Engineer who shall be appointed by the City Manager as provided by law.
