§ 150.109 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OR PERMIT.
   (A)   The license or permit of any licensee, under the provisions of this subchapter, shall, for a violation of any of the ordinances, rules, and regulations of said city governing such work, be suspended by the Electrical Inspector or Fire Chief who shall report such suspension to the City Manager, who will report to the next meeting of the City Council for such action thereon as the City Council may see fit to take.
   (B)   After the suspension of any permit or license, as aforesaid, no further work shall be done by the licensee or holder of such permit, nor shall any further permits be issued to such licensee for the doing of electrical work until the violation of the ordinances, rules, and regulations aforesaid, for which said license or permit was suspended or revoked, have been corrected, remedied, and made satisfactory, as the circumstances of the case may require.
