§ 33.004 COMPENSATION FOR CITY ATTORNEY AND PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.
   The City Manager shall enter into an agreement with the City Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney, with consent of the City Council, as to the manner of his or her compensation and duties in addition to the annual retainer, as determined by the City Council in the annual salary ordinance.
