The Electrical Inspector, for the purpose of providing information as to suitable materials, appliances, and proper methods of construction in electrical work, and to ensure performance of the same, in a proper and workmanlike manner, and to reduce risks of fire, resulting from improper work and material as far as possible, shall make and keep on file in his or her office, copies of all rules and regulations.
