§ 150.080 CONNECTION WITHOUT CERTIFICATE PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, corporation, or public utility shall connect any wire, used by them for the purpose of transmitting electrical current so as to permit such current to pass through, upon or along any wires, conductors, or other electrical work within the provisions of this subchapter, until such certificate of inspection and approval has been issued; provided, that the same may be connected a sufficient length of time for the purpose of making necessary tests or inspections thereof prior to the issuance of such certificate of inspection and approval.
