(A) Adoption by reference. That a certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of City of Wood River, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Wood River, in the State of Illinois for regulating and governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees there for; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said Fuel Gas Code on file in the office of the City of Wood River are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any, prescribed in division (B) below.
(B) Amendments, insertions, and changes. The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1 Insert: City of Wood River for (name of jurisdiction).
Section 106.5.2 Insert: Section 150.021 of the Wood River City code of ordinances, as amended from time to time, for (appropriate schedule).
Section 106.5.3 Insert: 75% and 75% for (percentages in two locations).
Section 108.4 Insert: misdemeanor for (specify offense) $500 for (amount) 0 for (number of days).
Section 108.5 Insert: $50 and $500 for (amounts in two locations).
