§ 150.016 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC).
   (A)   Adoption by reference. That a certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk being marked and designated as the International Energy Conservation Code with any amendments, if applicable, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City of Wood River in the State of Illinois for regulating and governing energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power system as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said Energy Conservation Code on file in the office of the City Clerk are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any, prescribed in this section. Said document shall be the most recent IECC Code required by the state for the city to ratify.
   (B)   Additions, insertions, and changes. The following sections of the International Energy Conservation Code are hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1 - Insert City of Wood River (name of jurisdiction).
Section 108.4 - $50 and $500 (dollar amount in two locations).
