§ 138.05 USE OF FORGED IDENTIFICATION CARD TO OBTAIN LIQUOR PROHIBITED.
   (A)   To include another to sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to the bearer, it shall be unlawful for any person to display an identification card that:
      (1)   Is altered or defaced in any manner;
      (2)   Is false or forged;
      (3)   Is the identification card of another; or
      (4)   Was obtained by means of false information.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      IDENTIFICATION CARD. Any document issued by a public officer in the performance of his or her duties which on its face purports to identify the name and age of the bearer.
