§ 136.50 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   KRATOM. Also known as mitragynine or 7-hydroxymitragynine, is a stimulant generally produced from a tropical evergreen tree known as mitragyna speciosa.
