(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who violates § 135.02(A) is guilty of a crime and upon conviction may be fined not more than $750 nor less than $200.
(2) Any person who violates § 135.02(B) is guilty of a crime and upon conviction may be fined not more than $750 nor less than $200.
(3) Any person who violates § 135.02(C) is guilty of a crime and upon conviction may be fined not more than $750 nor less than $200.
(4) Any person who violates § 135.02(D) is guilty of a crime and upon conviction may be fined not more than $750 nor less than $200.
