Any person violating any provision of this chapter, shall upon conviction be subject to the following.
(A) If a minor is in violation of this chapter, he or she is guilty of a petty offense and shall be required to provide up to 24 hours or community service and pay a fine of $50 for a first violation.
(B) A second violation by a minor of this chapter, that occurs within 12 months after the first violation, shall be punishable by a fine of $75 and up to 50 hours of community service.
(C) A third or subsequent violation by a minor of this chapter, that occurs within 12 months after the first violation, shall be punishable by a fine of $200 and up to 50 hours of community service.
(D) Any second or subsequent violation not within the 12-month time period after the first violation shall be punishable as provided before a first violation.
