§ 130.12 RESISTING ARREST.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or willfully resist an arrest , including fleeing when told they were under arrest, in which the person knows the arrest is being made by a police officer, or by a private person summoned and directed by a police officer to make an arrest, even if said person believes that the arrest is unlawful, and the arrest is in fact unlawful.
