§ 130.06 MOB ACTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to participate in mob action, as defined herein:
   (A)   The use of force, violence, or other disruptive conduct by two or more persons acting together, without lawful authority, so as to constitute a breach of the peace;
   (B)   The assembly of two or more persons to do an unlawful act; or
   (C)   The assembly of two or more persons without authority of law to do violence to the person or property of another.
