§ 130.05 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any two or more persons to assemble together for any unlawful purpose or being assembled to act in concert to do an unlawful act against the property of the city or the person or property of another or against the public peace, or to make any movement or preparation therefore.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace or any riotous, offensive, or disorderly conduct in or upon premises owned or occupied by him or her, or under his or her control, within the city.
