§ 125.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   USED RIMS. Any vehicle tire rim that is not new from the manufacturer.
   USED TIRES. Any tire that is not new from the manufacturer.
   USED TIRES AND RIMS DEALER. Any person or business who devotes 50% or more of their business to the buying and/or selling of used tires or rims.
