§ 123.13 VICARIOUS LIABILITY.
   (A)   Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation of the provisions of this chapter, by any employee or agent of any operator if such act or omission occurs either with the authorization, knowledge, or approval of the operator, shall be deemed an act or omission of both the owner and employee.
   (B)   Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, by any employee or agent of any operator shall be deemed and held to be the act of said operator if such act or omission occurs as a result of the operator’s or owner’s negligent failure to supervise the conduct of the employee or agent.
   (C)   Such an offense shall be punishable in the same manner as if said act or omission had been done or omitted by the operator or owner personally.
