(A) No operator, employee, or agent of any adult business shall sell, deliver, or allow any person to view any adults-only item except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, and on Sundays or recognized federal holidays from noon to 9:00 p.m. The time referred to shall be either central standard time or daylight savings time, whichever is in effect at the time in this state.
(B) No operator, employee, or agent of an adult business shall permit any person to remain on the premises outside the hours specified herein and all patrons shall vacate the licensed premises outside the hours specified herein.
