This chapter shall be enforced by the Community and Economic Director or his or her designate in accordance with the interpretations thereof contained in the Illinois Department of Public Health, Office of Health Protection Division of Food, Drugs and Dairies, 77 Ill. Adm. Code Part 750 - Food 77 Ill. Adm. Code, the certified copies of which shall be kept on file at the City Clerk’s office.
