(A) No person who is affected with any disease in a communicable form or is a carrier of such disease shall work in any restaurant, and no restaurant shall employ any such person or any person suspected of being a carrier of such disease.
(B) All new employees shall have a pre-employment X-ray prior to beginning work, which shall have been made within the last 12 months.
