§ 32.49 CERTAIN INFORMATION EXEMPT FROM INSPECTION AND COPYING.
   Information exempted by § 7 of the Illinois Freedom bf Information Act (5 ILCS 140/7) shall be exempt from inspection and copying. The City Manager and City Clerk shall keep available for use by the public and city personnel a current copy of § 7 of the Freedom of Information Act.
