§ 119.04 RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSE HOLDER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, organization, society, association, or corporation holding either a license or a letter of permission for any of its agents, members, or representatives, to advertise, represent, or hold out in any manner that the license or letter of permission is an endorsement of the holder by the city; provided that it shall be lawful for a licensee to use, advertise, and hold out the fact of its license in the following words and no other:
   “License No.___,” including the serial number of its license.
