Each permit shall expire on January 1 of each year. Permits may be renewed. In processing a renewal application, the Mayor shall consider all the elements of §§ 118.17 and 118.18 in determining whether or not to renew a permit. An unrevoked permit may be renewed for one year on written application to the Mayor made at least one month before its expiration date and accompanied by the required fee.
