§ 115.13 SEVERABILITY.
   If any part of this chapter is found to be unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable, by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or the effectiveness of the remaining provisions of this chapter or any part thereof. Said chapter shall be read as if the said invalid provision was struck therefrom and the context thereof changed accordingly with the remainder of the chapter to remain in full force and effect.
