(A) It shall be unlawful to permit any violations of any ordinance or law on or in any motel; such premises must be kept clean and sanitary at all times, and all waste material must be removed therefrom at least once every 24 hours.
(B) The City Manager shall inspect or cause to be inspected each motel to see to the compliance with the provisions of this section. It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any motel, or any portion thereof, for illegal purposes.
