§ 115.01 FIRE PREVENTION STANDARDS.
   No parking space shall be provided for motor vehicles within ten feet of any building or structure used for housing accommodations in a motel unless the wall facing such parking space is constructed of fireproof materials and unless the windows in such wall, if any, are equipped with reinforced fire-resistant glass.
