(A) Upon making proper application and payment of the necessary license fee to the city, the Zoning Administrator shall issue a sticker emblem or decal to the applicant to be affixed by the licensee to each machine in such a place so as to be visible and conspicuous from the outside of said machine.
(B) The sticker emblems shall be numbered consecutively by the Zoning Administrator and any emblems which are destroyed by vandalism, repair, cleaning, machine substitution, or for any other purpose, shall be replaced by the licensee and a new decal will be issued by the Zoning Administrator for the sum of $1 upon submission of an appropriate affidavit by the licensee.
