§ 113.071 EXEMPTIONS.
   This subchapter shall not apply to any show, moving picture, theatrical exhibition, concert, lecture series, amusement, or entertainment where the admission charge is to be used for charitable, eleemosynary, educational, or religious purposes, or to any amusement that is licensed elsewhere in this chapter or elsewhere in this title.
