For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any natural individual, firm, partnership, association, joint stock company, joint adventure, public or private corporation, or a receiver, executor, trustee, conservator, or other representative appointed by order of any court or in any other manner.
THEATER. Any place within the corporate limits of the city, wherein any show, moving picture, theatrical exhibition, amusement, or entertainment is shown, exhibited, or staged and for which an admission charge is made.
