§ 113.033 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

   (A)   Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the City Council whenever in its judgment the public welfare requires such revocation.

   (B)   The acceptance of any license under this chapter shall constitute an agreement between the parties to such license, even though the license itself does not state such facts, that the same may be revoked.
