(A) The licensed premises may be open for business not earlier than 9:00 a.m. on each day of the week except Sunday and on that day may not be open until 12:00 noon. The premises may remain open until 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday nights and shall close by 10:00 p.m. on week nights. The City Council may authorize hours depending on location and type of business transacted.
(B) No child of school age shall be allowed on the premises during school hours.
