No one shall be admitted to these licensed premises who is under 16 years of age after 8:30 p.m. unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, and signs shall be publicly placed to inform the public of same. The City Council may grant an exception to this section if the applicant provides proof that the game machines are not the principal business.
