(A) If after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the City Council shall determine that the application is satisfactory, the City Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has been approved. The license or permit shall be signed by the City Manager attested by the Clerk and then issued to the licensee.
(B) If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the City Council shall determine that matters concerning the application are unsatisfactory, the application shall be disapproved and reasons indicated. Thereupon, the Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has not been approved and that no license or permit will be issued.
