For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT ARCADE. Any area wherein more than six automatic or electronic amusement devices are located. These devices do not include vending machines operated by coin or jukeboxes, but include pinball machines and all electronic game devices. This provision will not apply to any business whose primary business is a tavern or restaurant.
